Papa Bear Cabin 1 - Community pool and hottub.

Papa Bear Cabin is a welcoming and cozy one bedroom cabin that is perfect for a small family trip or a Couple getaway! Sleeping arrangements include a private bedroom with a king bed and a sturdy twin over full bunk bed in the living area. Great getaway with or without the kids. This cabin will accommodate up to four guests. My three cabins may be named after the three little bears but unlike in the story, all three are just right. Please let me know if you are looking to rent more than one cabin.


The kitchen is fully stocked with the basics that every kitchen needs. There are two smart TVs for streaming, One in the bedroom and one in the living area. With a private picnic table and Charcoal BBQ grill, you can enjoy a wonderful classic BBQ.

This cabin is in an amazing location being near the highway and close to the highlights of Branson, but also tucked away in a woodsy area so you still feel away from everything. Less than five minutes away from Silver Dollar City, you can occasionally hear The whistle from the Silver Dollar train in the distance. You will be within walking distance of Ozark mountain pizza/bar and the famous Billy Gail's breakfast restaurant, with there amazing giant pancakes.

AMENITIES
The resort offers an outdoor community pool and hot tub with fairy lights hung above to make a lovely atmosphere. The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, the hot tub is open April through November. The community fire pit is a great place to spend the evening relaxing and roasting some s'mores. There is open space behind the cabin for outdoor games Like cornhole. The cabin offers some great games to play during your stay including cornhole, bocce ball, and some board games.

PETS
The non-refundable pet fee is $75 per pet, with a maximum of two pets. Only dogs are allowed. If you are bringing a pet with you, you must mention how many you have in your reservation request and a payment request will be sent to you for the pet fee.

PARKING
There is parking space for 2 vehicles at every cabin. If you bring a boat, trailer, bus, ect that does not fit within the cabin's parking or goes into the drive at all, it must be parked elsewhere. You can find storage lots and parking for boats in various places in Branson including Branson storage and state park marina.

SMOKING
No smoking of any substance is allowed inside the cabin. Smoking is allowed outside only. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fee charged to the guest.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit is a hold placed on your credit card and is not actually charged. The hold is released three days after departure as long as there is no damage, extra cleaning needed, or policy violations.

CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately, sometimes life happens and plans need to change. Although the listing site states no refund for cancellation, we do have a cancellation policy in which partial refunds are given only after the rental agreement we email in returned to us.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival will be fully refunded, minus one night of the average daily rate for the time frame of the reservation. Cancellations made 30 or less days from arrival receive no refunds. (I strongly suggest purchasing traveler insurance.)

Whether you just need a place to crash after a long day of Branson activities or to simply to relax, This cozy cabin is the perfect place to stay.
