We came to town for a graduation. We had a wonderful stay. Great location. We were able to walk to restaurants, coffee and the beach. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. Very clean and spacious home. Amenities provided was above and beyond from what we expected. All information provided on the day of check-in made the process easy and stress free. I would recommend this location and service to anyone that plan to travel in the near future.

Family Graduation Beach Retreat Trip

Our graduation trip to the beach house rental was awesome! Before we arrived and from the moment we arrived, the management team was helpful and very responsive. The home was beautifully decorated house setting the tone for an incredible getaway. The house had everything we needed—plenty of space, a fully stocked kitchen, and even a deck perfect for relaxing. It was the perfect way to celebrate such a huge milestone with family. The graduation was at Hampton University, and we flew into Norfolk International Airport, so the house was a perfect location between the school and the airport. The best part was that it was only a short walk from the beach.

Awesome Stay!

This was an awesome stay! Home was very comfortable and clean. They had everything we needed. We were welcomed with snacks, cold bottled water and even a bottle of wine. Lots of towels, and throws for your comfort. We were able to park in garage. There was ping pong, corn hole, bikes and lots of games. There were supplies for the short walk to the beach. Management was very welcoming and responsive. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. THANKS!!!

Perfect for our Family

Overall, our stay was very enjoyable! The house had everything we needed, and the yard (and doggy door) were just perfect for a furry family member! The first morning, we discovered the Keurig was broken. Sojourn had a replacement to us within just a few hours! While replacing that, they checked the propane for the grill and the fire pit. They even brought extra propane over later that day. The night before we check out, there was a small leak coming from the upstairs bathroom. Despite the late hour, Sojourn was responsive. This place was SUPER clean, the beds were really comfortable, it had tons of towels and - like I said - basically everything we needed. We also loved that there were a ton of items in storage for guests to use (e.g., beach items, arcade game, etc.). The neighborhood is a little odd... it seems like there are these really nice houses (like this one) close to some more run-down apartments. It didn't impact our stay, but something to be aware of. I give Team Sojourn 5 stars for their responsiveness, kindness, and willingness to accommodate! 10/10 would stay here again.

Shhhhhh

Place was clean and nicely decorated. Had all the cooking supplies as stated. Lots of steps. When they say noise level devices they mean it. Seems to be everywhere. If you are a family that enjoys time together and have a good time talking and laughing, this is not the place especially if you sit on the back deck. After the 1st night sitting out on the back I received 2 voice messages (left phone inside) that the neighbors were gonna call the police because of the party. After 9 pm it was just my son and I listening to music on his phone and before that my daughter, daughter in law and grandson. Than I also received a text stating that we were swearing too much. How would they know?? Now we have to watch how we talk? So now we felt we were being told how to behave and talk. So needless to say our plans for enjoying the firepit the next night were axed for fear of having the police called on us. I have rented many times on VRBO and other sights and have never felt unwelcomed as I did here.
