Escape to this Gulf front 2 BR / 2 BTH condo with swimming pool

Escape to 405E Regency Towers, a beautifully designer-furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom Gulf-front condo located directly on the beach. This inviting unit offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar-white sands from both the living area and the master bedroom.

The master bedroom offers particularly amazing views overlooking the Beach during Sunrise.

Regency Towers amenities include a large 25 x 50 swimming pool nestled by the dunes and on-site tennis courts. This unit comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.

This condo is pet-friendly for small dogs only, 25 pounds or less, with a $200 pet fee.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only. Some exceptions may be made based on availability.

Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

The condo was very clean as well. Even better they allowed our two weiner dogs to stay as well! Only recommendations would be to get a Roku stick for the TVs and repair the bad places on the cabinets. The rest was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well! We will be back!

Amazing family vacation!

We love Pensacola Beach! The condo was wonderful and had everything that we needed. We plan to come back to this exact condo again. One of the best things about it is the large balcony with the perfect ocean view!

This is our second visit to this condo because we enjoyed our first stay so much. Great location for pool and beach. Great view and awesome gulf breeze. WiFi connection is poor but who needs electronics when your on vacation!

Great condo, beautiful view. Secure. So grateful for a pet friendly place to stay. The only cons were ceiling fan in second bedroom didn’t work and ac was very loud when it came on interfering with sleep in the second bedroom.
