This isn't just a house, this is your own private mini resort in Key West, Florida. THERE IS NO OTHER PROPERTY THAT COMPARES TO THIS IN KEY WEST- 500 FEET OCEANFRONT. This is the property used by MTV to film the 2006 Real World Key West. 500 feet of oceanfront, 8 bedrooms (sleeps 18) , 4 1/2 baths,11 plasma TVs, pool table (and ping pong), tennis court (optional), racket ball court (optional with Guest House), 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, basketball hoop, off street car parking, 60 foot long deep boat dock, 100 foot shallow boat dock, plus secondary protected dock for storms and weather. This property is by far the best Key West has to offer! Off season specials available. Perfect for large family getaways, small business retreats. Call early as it gets filled quickly.
THE RESORT COMPOUND CONSISTS OF THE LARGE 8 Bedroom House used by the Real World Key West series SLEEPS 18 and an additional optional guest house, SLEEPS 4, (called the Racket Ball House) literally built around a racket ball court with 2 waterfront bedroom. The additional house is rented as an additional option if wanted. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROPERTY IS ONLY REPRESENTED BY THE OWNER ANDREW LIPPI. Staying at this house is a once in a lifetime opportunity to feel like a celebrity. It has so much to offer, we barely went downtown. The sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous from the back porch. We celebrated my father’s 80th birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better experience.

Best spot for a large group. The house is obviously very different but has all the comforts needed. The property itself is an unbelievable piece of real estate. Perfect for getting in and out of KW or just staying and enjoying the house. Ownership is fantastic and very communicative

Special Place

If you like activities then this is the place for you. Ping pong, tennis, racquet ball, pool, hot tub, cornhole, lounging all while enjoying terrific water views. Don’t expect high end but if you are ok with that then this house is really fun and great. Thanks Drew!

Perfect for a family reunion!

This house was perfect for our 20-person, multi-generational family reunion! The teens loved the indoor racquetball court, ping pong table, paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, pools, and hot tubs, while the grandparents loved playing with the baby in the large sunk-in living room. We appreciated having the very responsive property manager on-site, to help us with issues such as the wifi or burnt-out light bulbs. (Don't put workaholics from your group in the add-on racquetball house... the wifi doesn't quite reach.) We knew exactly what to expect thanks to Andrew's detailed welcome texts sent one week earlier.

More Than I Expected

I could not have asked for more. I had my Tribe of 20 to celebrate my 60th Birthday, and it was epic. Andrew was the most accommodations host I have ever worked with beginning before I even booked the house. Please note this house has some wear ( but don’t we all) that adds the the charm and uniquely of is this house. If you are looking for The Four Seasons, please book at The Four Seasons…but if you are looking for a place where everyone has there own space or want to be all together, this is the place!! My guest ranged in age from 65 to 25 and everyone agreed it was the best experience each had experienced. . I highly recommended this property!! Cannot wait to booked again Thank You Andrew and Scott

Worried for this property

I don’t like giving negative reviews as I feel I typically review my vacation properties wry well and rarely disappointed. First let me say the Management is very communicative and accessible. There is a Manager that lives on site that we were not aware of. We were not happy about that until things started going wrong then at least he was there. The property is becoming dilapidated. There is obvious water damage, cracks and rot happening and just being painted over. From a distance it looks great but the beds have mold on the mattress covers, some box springs are falling through to the floor. Ceiling fans don’t work in some rooms and rooms upstairs run hot. There was an ice maker on the counter that didn’t work. Furnishings need updating. Don’t lay on the sheets on outside beds as it rains and the sheets are not changed. In the pool house there were a/c issues and ants. Water issues in the bathroom. Shower Wouldn’t drain. We have stayed in many mansions and 5 star properties in Bahamas, Caymans, Mexico etc This time we thought we would try USA but unfortunately this property needs attention. High points are excellent communication w management, beautiful location and view, awsome TV’s in almost every space, room for our large boat. This was once a beautiful home. Our friend that lives around the corner used to go there in High School when there was an actual pool in the living room. Then of course then it was Real World House. I’m just sad to see the upkeep isn’t there.

Run down and overrated

The photos, reviews and description of this property are dated and inaccurate. The day before you're stay you will be asked to call the host, who will only then tell you that there is a noise ordinance that is in place at 8 PM, where you will not be warned and immediately fined if you are noncompliant. When you arrive, you'll be greeted by a 7 page "welcome letter" that condescendingly details everything that you cannot do in the house, including how you can store food? The house is heinous, which is expected. It is filthy and even had a fan blowing in a room to dry the carpet. Beyond that, each of the refrigerators have broken shelves, allowing things to fall out every time you open the doors. Worse than that, one smelled as if someone had stored raw fish in it for weeks. The host provides enough toilet paper 'incase your flight runs late' but nothing more. There is 1 functioning paddle for the 6 SUP boards, the wifi does not work "due to the hurricane protection of the house", and there was an infestation of carpenter ants on the last night. What is undeniably inexcusable is that the host showed up unannounced to the property on our first night as we were leaving for dinner. He did not ask to speak to the primary renter, instead, he chose to approach the one male in the group and harass him about how many people we had staying in the house even though he had been assured multiple times that there were no more than 16 (the apparent limit for the main house). He stood there and counted our party, and could not come up with more than 12 of us. He then waited in the street for the last car to leave, and assuming he believed that we all were gone, so he came onto the property as I was waiting in the house for him to leave. When he did, I finished locking the house up and went to leave, and the owner was waiting down the street behind an island of bushes. He proceeded to FOLLOW ME IN HIS CAR for at least 3 miles. He did not return my phone call made to address this situation the rest of the weekend. His actions made me and all of my guests uncomfortable and unwelcome. Following our stay, I learned of his negative reviews as well as his criminal history in Key West. I do not recommend this property, or any of his other properties to you for these reasons and recommend he be removed as a host.

Fantastic family reunion

Andrew is fantastic with all the right connections for wonderful catering, to site seeing and great restaurants. The house is huge and I had most of my family stay there. Best trip we had in awhile!

We were very excited to stay at this property but the excitement came to a halt at check-in. We had booked the property and paid in full prior to arrival. Unfortunately, the listing is a bit vague on the 2 bds located in the racquet ball section of the property. There is no mention of an additional cost so we were very surprised to find out we would be charged significantly more per night for the extra 2 bds. Traveling on a company trip we needed all the bedrooms. So... we had to paypal immediately a large additional per night charge upon arrival... Beyond that the house itself is in very poor condition. Kitchen is in need of updating(not at all what you would expect at this price point), pool is not in great condition, screws sticking up all over the decking. many lightbulbs out throughout the rooms, lights outside on trees just don't go on, toaster doesn't work on one side, kinda a musky smell throughout. Tennis courts... not in good condition. Horseshoe pits... nope overgrown with weeds and unusable. Cornhole set has clearly enjoyed alot of the weather, very bad condition, beanbags all ripped Simply put this house was not at all what we had expected at the price point paid. Only thing that impressed us with this house was the amazing location. The proximity to the water and downtown key west is simply unbelievable. If you are looking for a party house in key west with no concern for the condition of the house this may be the right fit but for us it was a big disappointment.

Great location on the water

I completely enjoyed waking up each morning, getting my coffee and sitting on one of the docks. The location provides a beautiful view of the water. I do have to say the house is dated, not terrible by any means but could use some maintenance. I didn't mind the property manager being in the property but I will say the session required before you can even check in is kind of a vacation buzz kill. I think it took about 30 to 45 mins. Probably has to do that due to bad past renters. Nothing I've ever experienced before for any of my VRBO stays. Most homes have a book on a table or posted documents on the refrigerator with instructions. All in all it was good.

Great experience we would do again!

We went down for my 40th bday and had a great time. It was perfect for adults that didn’t bring any kids. Plenty of pool space and entertaining areas for a group of 15 people. All in all there was nothing we would change...other than we would bring our own pillows. It’s about a $25-$35 Uber to get downtown so if you want to frequent there a lot it’s an investment, but the Uber’s were always 5-6 mins away so it was quick. The house is what you would expect and see in the pictures. If you are the person who expects a perfect house that was on MTV 15 years than you probably need to check your own expectations. Andrew was great. The chef was awesome!

50th Birthday Celebration

Great place for a large group!! Lots to do & fun atmosphere. Needs updates in the kitchen & overall furnishings but if your willing to look past all it's little flaws, totally the place to make great memories!
