Real World MTV House-18 to 22 guests, Not Just a House Your Own Private Resort

This is the original residence used by MTV to film The Real World: Key West. The private oceanfront estate offers 500 feet of shoreline, a large resort-style pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, a private tennis court, deep-water boat docks, kayaks, and paddle boards. The property accommodates 18–22 guests across 8–10 bedrooms, including multiple oceanfront master suites with king beds and en-suite bathrooms.
Designed as a self-contained private retreat, the estate features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, central air conditioning, multiple laundry facilities, and abundant parking. The setting is gated and free from highway noise, with expansive open-water views.
Conveniently located just ten minutes from Duval Street, the property is well-suited for large family reunions, corporate retreats, and milestone celebrations. Guests may bring their own boat for direct access to the reef and backcountry.
