This home features a stylish modern interior and an outdoor deck overlooking the water. During the summer there is a private dock for swimming, boating or fishing. A perfect family getaway!

We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:

- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.

- Pets allowed with permission and reservation. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the `Add guests` tab in the search bar.

- No events, parties or large gatherings.

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21.

Wonderfully redone home.

We were very happy with our stay. The kitchen was beautifully appointed. The family room had amazing views.

Cute, but Dirty

The house is a lovely little house. The kitchen was fantastic and well-stocked. The bedrooms are very small. Unfortunately the house was extremely dirty, and that made the stay difficult. We had a boat chartered and needed to stay in the area, so we were forced to stay in the house. I would not stay with Atlas again.

Overall the location was perfect. The house was neat and tidy. However the insects inside and outside were less desirable. Seemed to be an infestation of spiders. Cleanliness of kayaks & grill was poor and unusable. Coffee grounds were left in the coffee maker. Second bedroom was a bit warm but two box fans in the closet worked perfectly as long as you left the doors open.

Like new

Updated kitchen and bath with everything provided. Well thought out lay out. Rey clean and appeared brand new. Lake front, similar to properties in that section. Walk in but rocky, wear water shoes. Kayaks provided, always a plus on Oneida Lake. Pictures were accurate of the property. House next door is being renovated but was pretty quiet.

Last minute information

Unfortunately there was a house under construction right next door which meant one of our 2 full days was extremely loud. Back deck was dirty with cob webs all over and there was no propane for the grill. When I messaged the owner I got no response. We also inquired ahead of time about an extension cord for our boat. We spent the evening we got there tracking down a longer one. I was also annoyed that I booked from Tuesday-Friday but was charged from Monday-Friday. Expensive 2 day vacation. House inside is beautiful but we were disappointed with the outside deck and information regarding the construction was only provide 2 days ahead. The purpose of this getaway was to enjoy the outdoors. Luckily we brought our boat.
