Lovely studio! We came down for a small getaway weekend and everything was perfectly clean and comfortable. Jamie was very easy to reach and more than accommodating!
Walking distance to Palm Beach Convention Center and $6.30 Lyft home in the dark. This is in back of a residential home and has all the necessities you may need. Only thing I'd consider is a microwave. Jamie is extremely responsive, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and would stay here again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
TLDR: Inside has MANY bugs. And a few lizards. I got a hotel instead.
This place is a garage turned into a living space.
The outside looks a little creepy, but inside is pretty nice looking at first.
Not all windows have shades or coverings, so it is very bright inside when the sun comes up.
But my stay was shortened when I came back to the property and saw the bathroom was infested with 1000's of ants. I took a video, it was gross.
I contacted the host and left. The host took a day to respond and has yet to refund. The host asked what type of ants they were (!).
Sorry, I'm not staying in a bug-infested garage for hundreds of dollars a night.
