Features include updated rooms and furniture with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen and large living area.. Boaters enjoy quick access to Lemon Bay ICW with NO bridges. Your paradise island feel backyard includes large screened in Pool, Sunset cove firepit area and Corn hole games for day & night enjoyment . There is plenty of seating to enjoy the water view and you may even see our favorite Manatee. Enjoy gas grill with tables outside or sit inside around the bar or by the pool. . Enjoy Manasota Key, Boca Grande & more within minutes by car or water. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. You can even walk to the trailheads at Oyster Creek Park just up the street and they offer tours as well. You will definitely feel you are in Paradise. Pool can be heated for $150 per week
