Easter Visit

Stayed here over Easter weekend so we could visit with our daughter who is a student at University of Alabama. Great location near the campus. Area was quiet and relaxing. Home was perfect for us to hang out and share meals and play games. Great communication with the host throughout the whole process. She was very quick to answer all of my questions and she was very informative on the process

Very good and comfy!

Courtney is an amazing host and is there to answer all your questions. This is a great location for anything at UA campus. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The neighborhood felt safe. The master bed was very comfortable.

Our host was wonderful! The home was clean, warm, inviting and has a positive friendly vibe. Bathroom newly updated (loved the shower and floor tile). Perfect location to the University and amazing coffee houses. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

I love all things real estate and hospitality. Both have been my life for many years! Originally from East Tennessee, I have continued to move as far south as I can go.. and now reside in the Southernmost city of the US. I have always prided myself in my Southern raising- - which is the definition of being the hostess with the mostest. I have successfully rented the townhouse on other platforms for quite some time with nothing but excellent reviews, but I recently decided why not also try VRBO.

Why they chose this property

I chose the Fairfax Village neighborhood for it's proximity to the University of Alabama ( I was still in under grad when I bought it ). It is also quiet and quaint. I loved the corner lot as it was great for my labrador at the time.. and 10+ years later, I still love the area just as much.

What makes this property unique

My townhouse is unique as it is newly updated but with personality. I have it set up as if I live there, and I love all things homey, quirky, and functional- - but also fun! I truly strive for it to feel like home.. as it is my home away from home as much as possible. :)
