This restored Spanish home is centrally located near DTLA! It’s the perfect place to call home while in So Cal. The home has 3 bedrooms/ 1 bathroom with a detached 1 King bedroom/ 1 bath suite. The main house has has 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, the living room is equipped with 1 queen sofa bed. There is a Sleep on Me/Play Pen available upon request for babies. The back yard has a spacious area with 2 fire pits with a pergola, outside dining table and chairs, and a therapeutic salt water jacuzzi. The drive way fits 3-4 cars depending on the size. 8 miles from Dodger Stadium
