About this property
Lake Front Cabin in Quiet Cove
This is a small lake front cabin located in a quiet cove on the 65 MM. If you are wanting excitement, lots of people, and lots of close restaurants to eat out, this may not be a good fit. If you want a quiet cove to go out in the main channel and fish, or stay in the cove and relax, swim, paddle board, kayak, this may be just what you are looking for. It is a great get-away for a fishing trip, the family, couple’s weekend, or just a place to relax and get away from it all. Until the lake comes up to full pool around Memorial Day, the channel back to the dock may not be passable to be able to tie up to the boat dock. There is NOT a boat slip for you to use. However, the boat ramp at Wigwam Access (1 Mile away) has plenty of depth to put in and out daily, and there is parking space at the cabin to park your boat trailer.
This property is located a mile off Ivy Bend Rd. on Webb Loop, which is a gravel road. The last block is further back off Webb Loop. There are neighbors who live in this cove with cars and get along fine. However, if you are not familiar with driving gravel roads, we recommend a small/full-size SUV or pickup. If you aren’t familiar with Lake of the Ozarks, the roads have many curves and hills, and many places are off the paved highways.
Enjoy games or flat-screen TV with streaming services and a DVD library. There are benches out by the fire pit which is down by the lake. We will try to supply firewood, but it depends on how much the previous guests use if we can get it restocked. Will have fire starter and clicker. We ask you be careful and reasonable with the size of fire.
There is fiber Wifi, a stove, refrigerator/freezer, and grill outside for your use. So, bringing your steaks, hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, etc. may be the way to go. There are no laundry facilities or dishwasher.
No pets allowed.
No smoking allowed in the cabin. There is a smoking receptacle on the deck to deposit smoking items.
We do not allow more than 6 guests at any time. We do not allow parties on the property - this includes bachelor or bachelorette parties.
There is a boat dock with electricity directly in front of the cabin with a fish cleaning table and running water that is connected to a hose and the faucet is up on the one side of the cabin. It also has a swimming deck. NO DIVING ALLOWED. There are cleats to tie up your fishing boat and plugs to charge the battery, with exception during the low pool times (March-Memorial Day & possibly low after Labor Day. You would need check with us) This is a quiet cove that does not get large waves from the main channel.
Boat Trailer Parking is available in back of cabin, Boat ramps and trailer parking are available close by at the Wigwam School Access.

My fiancé and I wanted a nice quiet vacation spot to spend a week fishing and this was absolutely perfect! The cabin was so cozy and stocked with everything we needed.
We fished off the dock and caught numerous catfish, walleye, crappie, bluegill and carp.
Connie was the best host and checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this cabin!!

The cabin is everything you'd expect from a lake house. A very comfortable stay. Very clean, quiet neighborhood, and good fishing. I caught quite a few catfish from the dock and a big carp.
