We built this home, our personal vacation home, in a nostalgic place for us that we’d vacationed with our family since the 80’s. Newly constructed and finished in early 2023, we took pride in choosing an interior that is light and airy and elicits a warm and cozy feel from all. We enjoy our time on the screened in porch listening to the waves, watching the pelicans and enjoying a refreshment to end our day.

Why they chose this property

New construction on a quiet street. Large covered screened in porch to enjoy the view and the breeze of the Gulf as well as a large sundeck for fun in the sun without the sand.
