4 bedrooms have A/C however the main areas such as kitchen, living room, dining room do not.

All areas are accesible to guests except for:
- 2 locked rooms located in the right side of the stairs,
- housekeeper's house,
- storage room at the entrance of the property, and
- storage area beneath the stairs.

EARLY CHECK-IN
If available, we can be flexible in allowing you to check in early.

LATE CHECKOUT
If possible, we can allow a late check out for an additional fee of $30. This will cover up to 4 hours passed 12pm.
If you need to stay longer than 4 hours, even if its for reasons out of your control (weather, transportation) we will need to charge for an extra night.

LONG STAYS
Electricity expenses are not included in stays exceeding 21 days. A fixed fee of $500/month applies.

Even better than the pictures

This is truly a dream stay. The property is gorgeous with million dollar views. The kitchen is huge. The bedrooms are huge. The beds are super comfortable. The pool was glorious. The caretakers that live on site keep everything in top shape, yet you barely know they’re around. The beach is phenomenal. Owners are super good with communication. Fantastic place.

Beautiful Vacations with family at the sea

The house and location is perfect to spend relaxing vacations with a big family on the sea. The house is in good condition, clean and well equipped. Only the kitchen needs to be refurbished. The pool, the terrace and BBQ are great places to spend time in the big garden. The direct access to sea is easy via stairs, but for handicapped people maybe difficult. The shower at the access is nice to remove sand and salt after the beach time. The beach is amazing, wide, clean and easy for smaller kids too. The housekeepers are on the property and available for requests all the time. Very kind and helpful. We would like to come back for sure!

Great Panamanian Holiday

We spent a terrific two weeks at the house in February. Maria the host was always quick to respond from the booking stage until we left. We were fortunate to meet one of the owners and his wife who graciously took us on an ATV ride through the mountains to Anton Valle (wow). We were two couples when we booked. A third couple decided to join us and then a 4th for our last week. Unlike other rentals we've had, we were not charged any additional fees! The property and the views are spectacular. Huge pool, great palapa, covered veranda, BBQ area all with ocean views. We were not expecting much from the beach due to other reviews but were amazed at the miles of beach, perfect for long morning walks and afternoon swims! Well worth the 96 stairs! Pack up the cooler and make your way down and enjoy the chairs all courtersy of the rental. The location was great (15 minutes by car to Rio Hato airport, groceries and many restaurants). 4 bedroom house, all with ensuites and A/C with plenty of space for 8 adults. Well equiped kitchen for preparing meals including many condiments and items such as salt, pepper, spices, unlike some places we've rented where the cupboards are bare. The house is a bit dated but the owners are aware of this and have plans to update. And who cares, we were outside most of the time and the outdoor space is spectacular. Other than the ATV tour, we did a hike in Anton Valle (recommended) and ate at Xoko (excellent food and service).
