Edan was super nice and helpful and offered up a lot of great ideas for our stay (restaurants and sights). Bed was comfy!!! Decor was cute. Nice sitting area outside with a great view.

Quaint apartment in ideal location

The quaint apartment is a perfect get away. It’s quiet yet ideally located near everything! It has everything you could possibly need and tastefully decorated. The owner was an excellent communicator and unbelievably accommodating. Our checkin date changed and he went out of his way to make sure my reservation was corrected immediately. We will definitely look to book this location again!!

Thousand Oaks Hills

Beautiful area, short drive to stores and hikes. Very clean ADU attached to main house with nice amenities. Only issue was weak internet connection in living room/kitchen.

I travel a lot on business. This place is absolutely amazing. Room is spacious and well decorated, crispy clean. Host is very informative, attentive to make sure I feel comfortable and everything is up to highest standards. Easy to shops, groceries and restaurants. I love this place and would recommend it to everyone.

Comfortable Guest Unit - Great Location - As Advertised!

Neat, clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped unit. It was great to cook meals there and use the provided cookware, etc., which was appreciated. Relaxing views, and a short drive down the hill to stores, eateries, etc. Good location to take walks. Be aware of the stairs that are a bit narrow, bring sensible shoes. :) The host was responsive, welcoming, helpful in providing local information, and receptive to feedback. We would stay there again!

Needs upgrading

This property needs improvements. Had to park on the road next to steep hill. Stepping into the apt area was rough as it was unfinished. It said sleeps six, but one bed and pull out couch with one extra blanket. Towels were old, furniture and carpets need cleaning or replaced. Not a lot of attention to detail. For the price, not a good value.

No Internet, No.TV cable or connection, 16 wood and sand steps on the side of a mountain from the street to the entrance, almoat fell several times, No off-street parking, had to park on the street, could not get into the passenger side because it is on a cliff and the street is very narrow, constantly worried someone was going to hit my truck, did I mention No Internet and I teach online!!!! Inhad to drive.several miles to a Starbucks to do my work 3 times in 4 days.
