Good Location, Clean Property

We had a quick visit to Naples and stayed in this property. It was clean and centrally located, with all our locations easily walkable. We had one small issue with the hot water getting accidentally turned off that was resolved quickly by the host. One point to note for US travelers used to air conditioning: one bedroom has A/C, and the other bedroom does not, and the main area (with pull-out couch) does have A/C. As the unit is fairly new to the VRBO world, I would suggest to the host to add lots of extra pillows and bedding for those who like more of that while sleeping.
