Why they chose this property
This is a cute cozy home nested in down town Lawrenceville. A quiet city located minutes from Atlanta. When you walk into the home you're in a open space where you can easily access all rooms. To the left are 2 bedrooms one bath and to the right is the master bedroom along with the laundry room. There's an island in the kitchen overlooking the living room and dining room. The kitchen has a door leading to the backyard where there's a play area for kids and a sitting area to relax. The yard is fully fenced in.
5 minutes away you can find DownTown Lawrenceville. There's places to eat and shop. For breakfast/brunch there's a local family own diner "The Peachtree cafe" the owners are Lawrenceville natives when you walk in you feel like you're family. My go to plate their is the "sweet potato chicken and waffles."
If you're wanting a place to work, study or sit down to read a good book or hangout, check out "Boulder creek cafe" located in the corner of downtown Lawrenceville. The White House offers a wrap around porch to view and enjoy the small town while sipping coffee or head inside and lounge on their sitting area to feel at home.
For a modern take Mexican coffee shops head over to "Reynas espresso and sweets". I recommend their homemade "Molletes" and "Horchata espresso"
For lunch stop by "Universal Joint " it's a modern industrial aesthetic feel where all the local go to hangout. For a good bar snack you have to try their spicy egg rolls, they're to die for when dipped in their chunky pineapple sauce. There's also "Foggy bottom" if you're in the mood for some awesome home made BBQ or "Strange Taco" if you're in the mood for some good tacos and vibes.
For dinner dinner head over to "D'Floridian", not only do they offer great cocktails but I personally recommend their "Churrasco" or "Empanizado". On weekends they have live entertainment, stay open late and offer out door seating, perfect for summer night hangouts.
What makes this property unique
Local parks that I personally love are Alexander park and Tribble mill.
If you're looking to head to the big city- make sure to check out; ZOO Atlanta, the Botanical gardens, Coca-cola museum, the GA aquarium, Fern bank museum(they offer drinks at night for a couples date night), Museum of high arts. If you're looking for a fun filled day check out Six-Flags over Georgia.
