Amazing Views!

Loved the short walking distance to the beach and the views from the deck were amazing! We also loved the palm trees and the porch!

Perfect location, beautifully built home!

Family and extended family vaction. We had pleanty of room for all 12 of us. Great quality and comfortable furniture. (One more larger bed would have made it even better). We loved being on the North end. A little drive from town but worth the peace and quiet. We loved the view of the ocean from the porch.

Great space and location

We have been visiting North Topsail for years, this is hands-down the best place we have stayed. Plenty of room, covered front and back porch only accessible from inside the house (safety reasons and perfect for rainy weather), bright and clean, ocean view, and the beach is right there for easy back and forth. Only minor things - pot/ pans are small and limited, you need your own propane, and bring toilet paper (probably in the fine print, so now you know!) Overall A+++

Beautiful home in a great location! We visited Top Sail Island for the first tume this past week with friends. The area was nice and not too busy; our group of 5 teens ranging from 13-19 could come and go to the beach as they pleaed without us parents worrying. The only down sides here were: 1). There was no grill, as pictured. We even brought our own propane based on comments on this listing, so that kind of put a damper on plans for dinners that we had made ahead of time.2). The refrigerator does not cool well, and has an alarm that beeps when it is not to temperature. We listened to the refrigerator beep at least 5 of the 7 days we were there.All in all, we had a great vacation in a beautiful location. We would reccommend this home to stay in while visiting TopSail!

The house was extremely well located to 2 public beach accesses within 5 minute walk. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. It needs new frying pans. The ones there had so many scratches that the teflon is coming off. It would be great to have more knives,forks, and spoons. We were constantly running out with 10 people. The porch and deck were so wonderful to eat and relax on. It would be nice to have more chairs for everyone to sit outside for dinner or on the porch watching the sunrise. We were always bringing the inside dining chairs outside. Everyone loved their bathrooms, the copper tub, the hot water supply was awesome. Highly recommend reading about the fridge before loading groceries so you don’t set the warm alarm. We would highly recommend making a small room with a door/curtain for the bottom bunk room to offer them privacy against people coming in and out of the house. The outdoor showers having hot water absolutely loved. The multiple outdoor changing rooms very helpful. Mr. A’s Beignets truck was such a nice surprise for a breakfast! Like the Tikkibar/quick Shop. We had a great time on the beach looking for shark teeth, shells, baby stingrays, crabs, little tidal waters for the kids, and sea turtle nest. We even had a sea turtle swim by us. Highly recommend the sea turtle hospital. Overall we had a great time!!Highly recommend to others and hoping to come back next year!
