Fully renovated duplex Condo with great natural light, a quaint private outdoor space overlooking woods, two fully renovated bathrooms, a convenient half bath on the first floor, an updated full equipped galley kitchen (cooking utensils, coffee maker, microwave, wine refrigerator, electric oven/stove, highchair), in unit washer/dryer, living room with TV and great natural light. Location is very convenient to UNC campus and walkable to many conveniences including (Hawthorn & Wood, NODA brewing, Poplar Cafe, Walgreens, Brenz Pizza and more....). (There is a third bedroom with an air mattress available.)
