So clean and nice, our 2 boys said it was the nicest hotel we had ever stayed! Staff was friendly. 2 pools. Hot tubs and bus not operating when we were there, which was a bummer, but we rented a car. Putt-putt and other games was a fun bonus. Pompano beach was really great and if you get a chance and want beautiful view of the ocean, make reservations at The Beach House. Great stay!

Doctored resort photos are very deceiving
The room itself was just as described. Very clean and well equipped with what we needed.
The hotel/resort was a joke. The pools are a fraction of the size shown in the photos! The pools were packed everyday and NEVER enough seating. You should never use doctored photos to showcase your property- that’s deceiving. And the resort staff was awfully rude the majority of our stay. Bar was closed one day- no one seemed to know why. Water slide was supposed to be open at 10am, often wasn’t open til way past noon.
Very disappointed overall- even with how nice the room is….
Beautiful apartment comfortable and spacious excellent for long-term stay
Upon check-in we were told we were in a building that did not have an open swimming pool, the person helping us was very kind and said that he could put us into another apartment, but we waited about seven hours for that
Department was wonderful, well furnished, space with all the amenities needed. Two very big bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen
Everything we needed to cook was there
The two swimming pools are very lovely, but due to Covid very difficult finding a chair to sit or lay on
No open restaurant or spa or play center right now. The best part was we were able to go 10 minutes away to the wind on the beach and use their beautiful facilities and park for free
The worst part was the constant harassing from the concierge desk to make an appointment for a timeshare meeting
Once you leave the resort it’s not a good area and there’s nothing around, but if you have places to go and people to see and a car, this is a perfect location to make homebase.
This is an excellent resort, and we were so excited to enjoy the many amenities available. Unfortunately the day after we checked in, the resort had to close the pools and other activities due to COVID-19. But we made the best of our time here anyway. Although we weren’t able to do anything, we enjoyed going for walks around the pond and playing cards in our room. We hope to be able to come back sometime and actually experience the resort. It is beautiful!
