The home is spacious and nicely furnished. On the surface it appears to be a "luxury" home, yet it lacks several features one would expect from a nice hotel or house. I would not recommend it in the summer months due to the lack of shaded parking, the lack of shade on the pool and not enough fans. Most items were clean, but both the grill and the air fryer were very dirty. There was some evidence of termite activity. When I arrived, my access code did not work. The person I spoke to on the phone was very rude (he literally called me stupid)Our family enjoyed the pool table.

Your review leaves out an important detail: you demanded a refund and threatened a negative review if we did not comply. We refused to let that threat dictate our response, and this review followed. We take legitimate concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, and service seriously. What we will not do is issue refunds in exchange for withholding negative reviews. The pool needed maintenance upon our arrival but response time was excellent. No trampoline as advertised was disappointing to the kids. Large space for family time and great layout.

Fantastic

This was perfect for me and 6 other guests! Definitely beat my expectations! Backyard was relaxing and a great spot to unwind after our long days golfing and exploring the city! Will be back!

Beautiful home

Few minor flaws, could use more silverware and coffee cups, skillets, casserole dishes in kitchen so would only have to load dishwasher once a day instead of washing dishes after every meal to use for the next.Overall the property was gorgeous, especially the outdoors.Fabulous pool ,spa,, orange trees, basketball court. Beds very comfortable, lots of room for all 10 of us. Would definitely recommend !

Just a few glitches with our stay which were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. I have never ever had a stay with such a well equipped kitchen! Coffee was provided which was very nice. This was also the best communication I’ve ever had - we had trouble with the entry code and the manager called me immediately and stayed on the phone until we got in. He also responded very quickly via text throughout our stay. The pool fountains were not working during our stay (which was fine, but different from the listing pictures). We enjoyed the pool and various living spaces very much and would definitely book this house again.
