Charmer
Spacious rooms fabulously decorated. Front room is bathed with sunlight. Beds are lush and comfy and bedrooms well appointed with closets and bureaus. This older house has been updated to a beautiful place to share good times. You’ll be glad you stayed here instead of a hotel.

Host Unavailable and Unresponsive
My family of four arrived at the property at 10:30 p.m. only to find that the code provided to enter the property did not work. Host was completely unresponsive to our calls, texts and communications through the VRBO portal. VRBO couldn't even reach her. After over an hour of trying and waiting and nearing midnight we were instructed by VRBO to find alternative accommodations. Worst part is that host states maintenance went the next day and that the code worked. Has created a complete nightmare for us to dispute with VRBO. Thankfully we took video of the code not working.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I both met in Downtown Milwaukee and lived downtown for a handful of years before family and work life had us relocate to the suburbs. We desperately missed the amazing energy, people, food, vibrant atmosphere of downtown and historic charm.

We use to always walked our dogs past this property and would talk about owning it one day. One day then became a reality! We purchased this large historic gem and got to work, updating and professionally furnishing it. We hope you love our Milwaukee dream home on your next getaway and enjoy it as much as we do!
