1 private bedroom 400sq ft suite residence which sleeps 4 (1 king beds/1queen sleeper sofa and kitchenette) is located on Peak 8 at the base of Rocky Mountain & Colorado Superchair. Use of the pools/hot tubs, or BBQ & Lounge deck while overlooking the city of Breckenridge and Ski slopes. One parking spot and overnight ski locker is included. Experience the best and convenience of a premium ski in/out in Breck with the high-end amenities such as private theater rooms available for reservation, lobby bar, Robbie’s Tavern, fitness center, The Grotto (adult only day relaxation spa), ice skating rink, multiple pools and hot tubs, or book a service at the luxurious Infinity spa. (Washer/Dryer is not in this unit).

*I have 2 adjoining units for rent from 3/16-3/23/25. This is the smaller of the units. Total of 1300 sq ft when adjoined. They can be connected for a 2 bd/sleep 8 or locked off. They are being rented separately but can be used for a larger party of 8.
