Modern updated Beach house centrally located to all great things about Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach. Relax in your private fully decorated house. Any easy bicycle ride or take the free local golf cart service (Freebie) to the beach or enjoy the vibrant nightlife including restaurants, unique shopping and live music on Avenue. Only a mile and half to the beach.

The space
The open floor plan contemporary house has Italian tile floors throughout, a modern kitchen with polymer and glass counter tops, full size appliances with a large community table along with a formal dining table. All items provided for cooking a nice meal at home when you don’t want to eat out. Washer and dryer inside the house.-garage.

Blue leather electric reclining sofa with 2 built in USB ports. Large 55” streaming TV with Xfinity Flex box with many free platforms and all the popular streaming services.

Master Bedroom
Features king size new premium Tempur-pedic mattress with in suite bathroom and large standing shower. New large flat screen streaming TV.

In separate hallway area of the house with a queen size mattress and private full bath with shower/bathtub.

Clean, Comfortable, Newly Renovated

The house was great, just as listed, unfortunately, it was in a lower-income neighborhood, but no issues were had due to that. Very nicely decorated, and it had a comfortable feel. Our dog enjoyed the house as well. I would stay there again.

Great stay at a great property

Santorini Blue is exceptional. This home is clean, with a seamless check in/out process. It's stocked with every possible amenity, and the listing is accurate. The backyard is a true oasis - very private and filled with lush greenery, a grill, and charming lighting that creates a perfect atmosphere for evening relaxation. The neighborhood is peaceful and very comfortable. Host Cheryl is an outstanding communicator, always prompt and easy to reach if needed.

A backyard oasis close to all that Delray has to offer!

This house is perfect for two couples looking for a relaxing location for fun in the sun. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms allow for both couples to have their own space. Kitchen and living room are comfortable and well appointed.The backyard oasis is the star of this property! It’s a truly beautiful space with everything you need to relax and enjoy the sunshine. It’s lush with plants, allowing complete privacy and a quiet, peaceful setting. We loved our pool days at Santorini Blue.The location was great - outside the busiest areas of the “downtown “ beach crowds but very close to all the action. We loved the “Freebee” transport service and used it multiple times each day to head to the beach, restaurants and bars, without the worry of driving or finding parking. It was a quick 5 minute shuttle ride to all the action. LOTS to do near the beach - a great restaurant scene and live music at many venues, along with unique art and fantastic happy hours. Before booking we noted mention of the neighborhood but we found no issues with it whatsoever. It is definitely an area going through adjustment with a mix of older homes and freshly renovated ones. All the neighbors were quiet and very friendly, waving to us whenever we saw them. We felt safe at all times and were not concerned in the least.Cheryl was a great host! She communicated regularly with us throughout our stay and was prompt in replying to questions.I highly recommend Santorini Blue! We will definitely be back!
