Clean, beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you could need for a weekend stay. Minutes from downtown and all the things to see and do. The kids loved the bonus living room and the snack bar.
House was awesome!! 2 great TVs, beautiful kitchen, washer & dryer and great location, close to expressway. Will stay here again when in Birmingham and owner was very responsive..great prooerty
This is the second time we've stayed here. Clean, cute property with everything you need. The kids loved the bonus living room they claimed as theirs. The beds are comfortable and we slept so good. Will definitely return for a third trip.
Host extremely nice and check in process smooth. House clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds cozy and loved the fluffy bath towels! House is on a busy street so getting out of driveway can be challenging depending on traffic/time of day. Overall great stay!
This a wonderful and clean property. Easy to get downtown and to shopping. The only slight problem is the property is next to train tracks and depending on the bedroom it can be load at night. The deck area was a wonderful place fo coffee in the morning!!
We thought that the owners did a great job fixing up the older house. It was pretty cute! Street was su

We are located near everything…and with city living sometimes streets are busy. This is no indication of the tempurpedic mattresses and extra luxury pillows and touches that went into making our home comfortable for our guest. You are welcome back anytime!
The property was well maintained, furnished and clean. The supplies such as toilet paper, trash bags were not stocked, but the host contacted us to let us know to contact them if we needed anything.
House was great with just a couple minor issues that the owner took care of and also adjusted the listing for future guests. Something probably should be noted is that this house is right next to train tracks that are actively used. Overall, enjoyed our stay. We stay in Birmingham often as we have a college kid that lives here.
My sons and I take an annual Robert Trent Jones golf trip. This year we played all three Oxmoor Valley courses, which is only 10-15 minutes away form this VRBO.
The online listing was very accurate and matched the photographs. The house was clean and in good repair.
We will certainly recommend to anyone who needs to be near Birmingham.
This was the nicest house we have stayed in. It was clean and comfortable and nicely updated style. While the house is an older home you can’t tell it from the inside. Kitchen looks brand new with new appliances. 2 living rooms or sitting areas was a nice touch. The host had snacks for us sat out with waters in the refrigerator cold and coffee with cream and sugar ready to be made in the coffee maker. Check in and out was a breeze! Would stay again for sure!
We came in for BSC graduation and wanted to be close to campus. Location was perfect. Right of I65 and close to our regular restaurants and bars we like to visit while in Birmingham. The house was updated for an older neighborhood as shown in the pictures and was much bigger than the outside street picture. There are 2 Den areas with TV’s so a lot of room. As I read in the reviews, the house is on a busy street and a narrow drive that opens up in the back for multiple cars, but very manageable. Would highly recommend this house. A few snacks, water and coffee available as well!
I am very particular about where I stay...OCD. I did extensive research before booking the property and checked the property well upon arrival. My family loved the home. It was quiet and peaceful! We were there for 5 nights/6 days. We were there for a church convention and wanted more space than a hotel offered. The pictures were exact and nice space so that we did not have to be on top of each other. Snacks and coffee available for guests. Plenty of towels and household items. The owner answered in a timely manner and checked in on us periodically. We planned to stay again next year.
I booked this property during the first weekend of April 2023. There were no issues and the property looked exactly as the photos. Our host confirmed the booking immediately. I was given accurate check in information and wifi login. A/C worked great and there was plenty of hot water. It was my first time ever using VRBO and our host did a great job with always answering my questions. The complimentary bottled water and snacks was a nice touch and a welcoming surprise! My parents (who are both in their 70's) thought the house was very comfortable and spacious.

Thank you Christina! I’m so glad you all enjoyed your stay! I will always remember you! My first VRBO Guest and review! :-)
Very convenient to interstate.
Home was VERY stocked & clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Plenty of linen, bath towels & bath clothes. Enjoyed the snack & coffee bar! Those were an A+! Communication with Gabrielle was wonderful!
Only 2 cons— A/C just wouldn’t cool enough. House temp stayed on around 73-75. Parking with SUV was a struggle but we made it 😀
OVERALL- GREAT PLACE TO STAY!
First place to ever stay at with VRBO with snack bar and plenty of towels/bath clothes. And we have stayed in a lot over the last 8-10years!!
This is an extremely clean property. We had comfortable quarters, and coffee and snacks at our fingertips.
There are train tracks nearby. We did not hear it running in the middle of the night, but if you are a light sleeper who goes to bed early, this may be an issue.
Gabriel, the property manager was great. My husband accidentally locked something, and Gabriel quickly responded and handled the issue without our even having to meet up with him. He made the problem we created go away!
There is also a washer and dryer. We didn’t need it for this trip, but I will remember it if our daughter goes to school in Birmingham, and we have an extended stay. There are also two living areas with televisions and there is even a high chair. We didn’t need those, but that would be really nice for a family with varied interests and ages.
Bravo!!!
