This charming country house is the perfect place to unwind, recharge, work from home, and get good sleep. Recently renovated and tastefully decorated, this split-level home is stylish and cozy.

You'll feel right at home in this cute house, which features a 2-car garage with a convenient mudroom with full laundry, a fully-equipped kitchen with espresso and coffee makers, a separate dining room for family dinners or game nights, and a Roku Smart TV for movies and television. Each bedroom and the kitchen are equipped with convenient USB charging ports.

There is a hall workspace with desk, monitor, and ergonomic chair. This has high-speed AT&T internet at download speeds of 300mbps.

There is a porch out the back door with a flat-top grill, and a fire pit with a barbecue grate if you would like to enjoy the outdoors.

This guest house is on the same 10 acres as our farmhouse that we live in. So it is not in a neighborhood, but in a rural area that does have good neighbors!
