Panama City Beach

Great place to stay. Quiet and great view of the ocean from the balcony. Management company was very helpful and provided everything we needed. Will certainly stay at their properties in the future.

Clean room but it was absolutely the worst bed I have ever slept on. My husband and I would wake during the night because of our backs hurting and we would get up so stiff and sore. I would not recommend this unit till the bed is upgraded.

Long Beach Resort property

Over all we were very pleased with everything. The condo is a pretty decent size for a studio. We had 2 adults and 2 children staying and we were never on top of each other. The only thing we noticed was the toilet was really hard to flush. You had to hold down the lever really hard for a few seconds before it would even begin to flush and then continue to hold it down for it to do it fully but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. I also wish there was a better way to communicate with the property manager other than email only but again, not a deal breaker. We will definitely stay again.

Great beach view.. but the room was not cleaned. Meaning the floors were dirty and the toilet and shower had other renters hair on it. Had to clean the toilet ourselves before we would use it. Shower was so bad we did not shower the first night. They did clean the room on the second day when we mentioned the issues and made our stay more enjoyable. The bed was hard and loud (springs)when laying on it. Great location but needs improvement. We paid 4th of July pricing and expected way more!

Overall, the stay was fine. However, I do believe the condo feels a bit neglected. The side table drawers are falling off and are not functional. The lamps aren't clean with spots on both the base and the shades. The curtains also have spots on them. The pocket door for the bathroom is chipping paint all over it. There are paint chips all over the floor. Each trash can is rusty and old. The bed was so loud that it was waking us up each time one of us would turn over in bed.The communication regarding the water outage was poor. We were without running water due to a water main break for 40 hours. It wasn't until I reached out to the property owner that information was shared on what exactly was happening. I know that the water outage was not the property owner's fault; however, the communication was poor. For the price of this unit, it left quite a bit to be desired.
