Each bedroom has Queen-size beds w/luxury, 1000-thread Egyptian bedding, multiple high-end pillows, cozy blankets. Two FULL-SIZE Baths equipped w/ample luxury linens (oversize bath & hand towels, wash clothes) plus all the basic necessities.

Outside is secure, 10x10-ft Dog Kennel w/Igloo dog house located near house for those occasions where you may like to secure your dog outside on a nice day while you go down to the river or out for shopping or dining.

• PRIVATE DOCK: The backyard has 194-ft of RIVER FRONTAGE with multi-level decks/stairs overlooking the river, ultimately leading to a generous-sized, upscale 16 x 40-ft lighted Private Dock with a covered Private Boat Slip. Fishing station conveniently located on dock as well as plenty of comfortable seating/patio furniture. Emphasizing this stretch of the river is well known for catching limits of rainbows as trout guides & local fishermen frequent this area. Guests have been fortunate to land browns as well, right off the dock. Pending water levels & river flow, could wade fish. Prefer to observe? Sit back & experience the refreshing cool air from the river while enjoying the spectacular, scenic views, the majestic rock bluffs and various wildlife directly from the dock. Watch a flock of Canada Geese fly by, smoothly land on the water. If you’re lucky you can spot an eagle cruising along the river. Little cool ? Be sure and bring cozy throw from the house & don’t forget your favorite beverage! Still cool ? Walk back up to house and enjoy the warmth from the Fire-Pit while roasting s’mores.
