Welcome to our spacious 1262 square foot condo for adults and kids alike!
Our condo is a family friendly two bedroom with 2 king sized beds, plus bunk area, 2 bathroom condo complete with all the convenience of home. Also included is a high chair and a portable crib, (please bring your own linens for the porta crib). Enjoy fantastic views from the private balcony along with comfortable accommodations for your beach vacation.
This completely remodeled and beautifully furnished condo has everything your family needs for the perfect beach getaway! The furnished, Gulf view balcony is the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or catch a breathtaking sunset. Guests of this rental will also enjoy access to five shared pools including a zero-edge family pool with beach views, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking, miniature putting green, several on-site dining options, nightly fountain show, pickle ball court and private beach access directly across the street. There is really no reason to leave, other than the beach experience you can find across the street.

Laketown Wharf is located on the East end of Panama City Beach, across the street from Pineapple Willy's.

Maximum occupancy is 9 guests per fire safety code. If you have more than 9 people, security personnel will evict you without a refund.

Please make sure all doors are closed when leaving the unit.

Cleaners will need to access the unit as early as possible to get ready for our next guest, late check out fees will apply at $50.00 per half hour after 10:00 A.M. unless arrangements are made for late check out prior to your last day.

No Pets allowed, guests will be asked to leave without refund and will be charged a cleaning mitigation.

Smoking is prohibited and if smoke is detected inside of unit, guest will be charged cleaning mitigation.

This property feaures a ring camera device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by device. No interior cameras at this property.”
