Our NEW home is located in the beautiful SPI golf course community. Our home has awesome sunset & sunrise lake views!! Our golf course community offers many activities & amenities. It's a beautiful community to walk around and enjoy the lakes and bird life. We are close to all area attractions including the beautiful & fun South Padre Island with many tourist attraction, restaurants and long & wide sandy beaches!
What makes this property unique
We are in a safe gated community that offers golfing, 2 heated swimming pools, a gym, tennis courts & pickleball courts & community activities for all our guests. Our home has a filtered water system at the kitchen sink & refrigerator for good water & ice. It's a perfect place to stay for a couple. It's a Beautiful & safe area to do walks. Enjoy all the bird life & small lakes that wrap around the community.
