On the Rocks Overlooking the Sea

A perfect base for exploring Twillingate, this family and pet-friendly home is perched on the rocks overlooking Twillingate Harbour. Centrally located, you'll be able to walk directly onto beautiful hiking trails from your backyard or walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, shops and bars in the heart of Twillingate.

The Space:
On the main level of the home, there are 3 bedrooms, a large eat-in kitchen, a cozy living area and a full bath. There is a basement with a large recreation room, laundry room and 2nd full bath.

Guest Access:
You can access the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
On the Rocks is very centrally located in Twillingate. You can walk to many of the local attractions, shops and restaurants. From the back door you can walk to an area the locals refer to as Smith's lookout (cross on hill) overlooking the ocean and all of Twillingate or down to beautiful Snellings Cove where you can explore the beach and endless fields of berries.

Getting Around:
On the Rocks is up a fairly steep hill. If you do plan on walking, this is something to keep in mind.

Other Things to Note:
If you head down to the basement, you'll need to mind a very low ceiling on your way down!
