It was good ,except we picked thewrong time to be there,slammedenuff car show was out of control, no one could enjoy their stay ,they should never be allow to come back, or tourists will vacate .Other than that we enjoyed our stay and fireplace on the porch

Summer stay

Property was nice. but Please fix the upstairs bedroom bed, very broken down and noisy also the tub was dirty. Everything else was nice.

Really relaxing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay here was wonderful. The cabin was beautiful. Only complaint is the chair in the living room really smelled, couldn't sit on it. Need to replace it.

Girl Getaway

Very spacious cabin. Loved the additional air conditioning unit in upstairs bedroom. That made a wonderful difference. Flat and easy parking. Very clean and comfortable. Communication for checking in and checking out was excellent. We will definitely book here again.

June 2025 Stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Hibernation cabin! We had a family of 5 plus my mother and father and the space and layout was perfect. The cabin was clean and comfortable and had all amenities needed. We made this trip for a baseball tournament and the cabin was a perfect distance to the park and nearby attractions and Gatlinburg. The Alline village is well kept and quiet. I would definitely recommend this cabin!

Loved it!

Beautiful property, great location, great for families.My younger two children loved the multi-game arcade machine. Location was close to everything we were interested in- just a few minutes from Dollywood, maybe 30 minutes from Smokey Mountain National park. Cabin was very clean. Loved it!

They gave great recommendations, deals on attractions & tickets. The maintenance crew was fantastic, we had a small problem with the dishwasher and they came right over on a Sunday. We loved that they offered 2 different pools in the same community and everything was very close by. Would definitely book with them again! Thank you!!

Adorable cabin!!

We enjoyed our stay so much!! We didn’t have any trouble finding our cabin or getting in. Everything was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Loved that there was a box fan already there to use. The neighborhood was quite and everyone was very friendly.

We had a great time. The cabin was cozy. We loved the fireplace, and hot tub. We had everything we needed. It was very clean. We hated we didn’t get to see a wild bear. But that may be a good thing. lol 5 star property

Family getaway

Overall property was nice. Easy access to Pigeon Forge and all attractions. Cabin was exactly as picture's shown. Stayed during the new year and had perfect view of fireworks. Neighbors are close but there was no distractions.

Family trip to Smoky Mountains

Cabin was really nice, loved the decor and touches around the whole place. Kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. Great location just a few minutes up the hill from the parkway but just far enough you felt like you were not right among the thick of things in Pigeon Forge. Great view from the deck. Loved using the hot tub and even the outdoor fireplace. Perfect place for 4-6 people.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family fell in love with Hibernation. The cabin is in a great location and just minutes off of the strip. It was great to have alternate roads to get to places as well versus getting on the Parkway. The cabin itself was well maintained and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for the 4 adults and 2 kids in our party. The management team was exceptional as well. We had to call with a few questions and they were very helpful. Overall an amazing experience and we hope to stay here again during a future trip.

Relaxation in the Midst of Fun.

We enjoyed our stay at Hibernation. It was near everything my 5 year old granddaughters wanted to experience. After a busy day, it was a nice place to come home to. This home is situated within a neighborhood, but was very quiet. It's a great place to stay in proximity to attractions. There are no mountain views here.

Fantastic for the 4th!

This property was perfect for our family of four (two adults, two teens) over the 4th of July holiday. The property was in a great location convenient to all of Pigeon Forge's big attractions. The layout - master on the main, loft and second bedroom with bath upstairs - was great with two teenagers who value privacy. Communication from the management company leading up to our stay was incredibly detailed - they were very through with what is provided and what you need to bring. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. The property and linens were clean with the exception of dust buildup on light fixtures. Even when closed, the blinds still let a substantial amount of light from neighboring homes into the bedrooms and we found that the ceiling fan pull was broken, which meant you either had to have the fan on full blast or completely off - no in between. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay here again in the future.

Great Little Stay

We didn't plan to cook much, but if we had the kitchen was fully stocked. We actually wound up over bringing our own items as the cabin was beautifully stocked with basics. There was a minor issue with the toilet seat being loose and we were able to contact easily, maintence came in the next day and actually repaired some other minor things that we didn't even say anything about. Everything went great! It was spacious enough for our family of 7.

We had a repair issue with the dryer and it was handled easily and immediately. The free tickets were a nice extra. They were very easy to acquire and the company handling the tickets were very nice, friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the beds made loud creaking sounds when you got in and out of them or,in the case of the bed above the master, when they rolled over. Other than that small issue we had a great time!!!

July 2023 Stay

The cabin was definitely not what we had expected. There was a huge rain storm, yes I know they can’t control the weather. However, the roof leaked all over the bed in the upstairs bedroom. Water was pouring from the light by the refrigerator that hung down. We did have to call them and have a light switch replaced because it blew a breaker, which they replaced quickly but the maintenance worker put the light switch in upside down or backwards. It was not nearly as clean as we had hoped and the air had to be kept on 72 which made it warm inside or the unit would freeze up. We have been coming for 15 years and have stayed at Alpine Mountain Village several times and were VERY disappointed in this cabin. When we texted to tell them about the problems we were just told to call maintenance no sympathy at all or apologizes for the inconvenience. We paid alot to stay here and would definitely not recommend staying here.
