Gorgeous, modern and comfortable single level 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Gold Canyon home, in a tranquil neighborhood near the Superstition Mountains.

The inviting interior features modern, comfortable decor and a well-equipped kitchen. Outdoor space has an amazing private pool with waterfall, hot tub and fire pit with plenty of seating areas for conversation, dining, and enjoying peaceful and lovely mountain views.

Our "dark sky" community offers incredible stargazing opportunities!

To ensure that our property will be suitable for your trip, we like to get these important considerations for any guests considering booking our property out of the way first:

- This is a VERY quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Quiet hours of 9PM-7AM are strictly enforced.
- No smoking of any type is permitted on our property, inside or outside.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- Occupancy is strictly limited to guests on the reservation, with a maximum of 8 (extra nightly fee applied for more than 6 guests, accurate guest count required).

Hike or trail ride! Book your tee time at any of several beautiful golf courses just minutes away. Enjoy Canyon Lake, tube the Salt River, and take in the entertainment at the Renaissance Fair in the springtime.

Prefer to stay in? Enjoy the beautiful backyard with multiple cozy seating areas. Listen to the soothing sounds of the waterfall or take a dip in the sparkling pool or hot tub. Barbecue and dine under the covered patio, or relax and put your feet up with a beverage for a chat around the firepit. Enjoy the hummingbirds, quail, finches and other birds who love our trees and shrubs.

Looking for adventure and activity? Take a quick walk or drive to shops, restaurants, and entertainment - Mesa is just fifteen minutes away, and downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Glendale are all within a half hour or so. The Mesa Airport is about a twenty minute drive, and PHX / Sky Harbor is about forty minutes away.

Our home offers 3 bedrooms (1 has a King bed and 2 have Queen beds), 2 bathrooms, a spacious living area with Smart TV (*Please note, guests may use their own login information to utilize the streaming service of their choice, we do not have cable), a workspace/reading nook, and a warm, chic, modern style.

All three of the bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses, linens and room-darkening window coverings. 6 guests sleep comfortably in the beds/bedrooms, and there is an additional memory foam Queen sized pullout bed in the sofa for up to 2 additional guests.

If you're inclined to stay in touch with the office, you'll appreciate the high speed WiFi and desk that make working remotely easy.

Our home also features a large fully enclosed back yard, front patio with seating area, plenty of parking, and GORGEOUS views, morning to night.
