Sunsets and Sand dunes

Nestled in between Barefoot Landing and the beach is Ocean Creek Resort. A 57 acre, gated community that boasts plenty of amenities like an indoor pool, putting green and beach bar. Our top floor, renovated 2bdr/2bath condo is a perfect getaway for couples, families or someone who would like to work from home thanks to the dedicated internet Wifi.
The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and a coffee/tea corner. There are 2 balconies to enjoy the sea breezes while enjoying your morning coffee or evening nightcap. The beach is less than a 5 minute stroll down the tree lined pathway and there are 6 outdoor pools to choose from.
Barefoot Landing is across from the entrance which has wonderful shops and restaurants as well as concert venues, Duplin Winery and Alligator Adventure.
There is plenty to do, eat and see in the area or you can escape to the beach and relax.
There is security on-site 24/7 and up to 2 free parking passes will be provided for the length of your stay. There is a ring doorbell and an electronic lock that you will have a unique code assigned for the duration of your stay.

Sunsets and Sand Dunes was an amazing condo. It had everything our family of 5 needed! The hosts were great to work with and communicated quickly for any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Spacious two bedroom condo. King bed was comfortable. Loved that everything we needed was provided (tp, paper towels, trash bags, etc). Had an issue with VRBO sending communication but the host was quick to respond via text. Short walk to the beach on a bike path. No washer and dryer was only downside to this place.

We would love to be able to offer a washer/dryer in the condo, but only condos on the first floor of the lodges are allowed to have them for now. Hopefully that might change in the futuer. This time my stay was not as pleasant, the room smelled like cigarettes and the towels too and at the place we were in a pool where an employee told us that we couldn't be from another building but that it was also from Ocean Resort, I have been visiting this place for 17 years and I never have as many problems as I had this time.

So worth it!

We decided to go with a unit that was a little bigger this year and liked the updated look of this one. It ended up being better than what our expectations were. The unit is set up through Alexa so a lot of it is a smart house which is so cool! There are two balconies which was neat. The unit was fully stocked! I have been to units where you only have one roll of toilet paper and no garbage bags- not the case with this one! Stephanie replied so quickly anytime we needed her and when we couldn’t find the remote to a tv she promptly ordered another one. The couch reclines and the chairs are so comfy. If we stay at ocean creek again we will definitely stay here!
