Why they chose this property
Rest and Restoration has been recently renovated! This bright and light 1500 sq ft unit is located in a gated seaside community with plenty of room to relax and spread out. Three bedrooms and three full baths easily accommodate seven adults. Minutes from Downtown Christainsted, this unit is close to island entertainment yet serene enough to provide the rest and reset you are looking for. This mid-century condo community is a local landmark. Beautiful views and on-site restaurant make it easy to relax and unwind.
What makes this property unique
This iconic seaside community is a mix of vacationers and local residents. On-site bar and restaurant offers ocean views, good food, and great drinks without the worry. There is plenty of room for kids to let off steam, but the community is quiet enough to enjoy an afternoon siesta. Parking is readily available outside of the unit. The upstairs balcony offers a quiet retreat when you need some fresh air. The proximity to all St. Croix has to offer without the entanglement of excess traffic can't be beat.
