Located in Sugar Beach Condominiums, unit 112 is a roomy ground floor studio sits directly on the beach. Queen bed, 2 nightside tables, double dresser with TV, love seat and two cushioned swivel bar stools at the breakfast bar - and a writing/computer desk. Enclosed beachfront patio with round table at least 2 dining chairs and a comfortable reading chair. Vanity area leading to the tub/shower bathroom and toilet. Recently refurbished by owner. Tastefully furnished with fully equipped kitchen etc. Free WIFI ("Sugar Beach Hot Spot" no password required). on-site property manager, and direct contact to the owner if required. Total relaxation!

What was the best about the place was the proximity of the beach. It is literally steps outside the back door. This made our trip so enjoyable and made it so easy to just lay by the water. The beach was regularly maintained and not crowded either. The owner was very receptive.

The beach access was wonderful and the kitchen had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable and the ceiling fan was all I needed, combined with the ocean breezes coming in through the sliding door screens. Plenty of storage for my clothes and closets for my luggage. Lots of beach towels and a few beach chairs were nice to have. I enjoyed sitting in the gallery with my coffee in the early morning. Delightful visit!!

Great location. The place has everything needed for beach time. (Chairs, cooler, sun block and aftercare, cold ac, fans, towels, floaties) Absolutely loved our stay. Grocery store close by as well as plenty of convenient stores. Plenty of parking and close to Christiansted boardwalk and a short drive to Frederiksted. The place felt safe and pool area was nice as well.

St Croix Trip

We had a great time staying here. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Good location close to Christiansted. We spent a lot of time sitting on the patio enjoying the beach.

Perfect week in St Croix

The location was better than we thought. My wife and I had a quick getaway and we were looking for a location that was close to the water and this property was better than advertised. Pictures could not do it justice as we were right on the water and close to all amenities. we will definitely book this property again.

Perfect place right in the beach. Comfy bed. Kitchen has everything you need. Lovely place! Definitely recommend renting a car as taxis are rather expensive. Plenty of parking outside the unit for a rental car.

Beautiful beach access. It has everything you need. Water tastes horrible, and fridge makes an awful sound when it starts up running. Couldn’t find the a/c switch, but it was great to have the place open and to listen to the waves. A definite place to come back to stay and would recommend to couples or just a lone traveler such as myself.

Safe and cozy

Great place to stay- right on the water. Perfect for 2 people. There’s so many things to see and do on the island you’re barely in your room. Close to the popular Boardwalk and gas/grocery stores. Highly recommend.

It is perfect for two people and close to town, shopping, and all attractions are within a short driving distance. The host is responsive and check in and check out is incredibly easy.

We found the unit not clean but the manager made that right. The unit is old but it's cozy and perfect size for us. Being right on the beach is the biggest draw and that was awesome.

Host profile image
Steve served as General Manager of Sugar Beach Condos for 7.5 years. After he retired, he and Diane continued to live on the property, and Diane was elected to the board of directors where she served for 6 years. Obviously, they are intimately familiar with the Property and the Island of St. Croix. Although they now live in North Carolina, they have retained the services of their daughter Denise Henderson (who now lives on-property) to attend to the needs of their guests.

What makes this property unique

Condo 112 is in an ideal location on the property. It's enclosed and furnished beachfront patio is situated towards the East end of the beach, which is the widest and most sandy area. In addition, the front door is directly across the parking lot from the steps leading to the beautiful free form swimming pool, the club house, and the office.
