Brand new: August 2024 marks the completion of construction! Five miles from Windham and three miles from Hunter. Situated near the terminus of Eagles Nest Road, every accommodation has a clear view of the Hunter Mountain slopes. Imagine a secret Swiss ski lodge hidden on a vast 5-acre estate at the summit of a mountain, surrounded by thousands of acres of immaculate private wilderness. A private porte-cochere greets you upon arrival and offers refuge as you make your way to your residence, giving you a feeling of exclusivity as soon as you arrive.
Every room in this sanctuary has a view of the breathtaking slopes of Hunter Mountain. Take in these breathtaking vistas while swimming or working out in your own 16-foot heated Aspen Swim Spa/hot tub. Delight in the comforting atmosphere created by the imposing, large wood-burning fireplace.
Meticulously planned, the kitchen is a gourmet's paradise. With a 48-inch Thor Gas stove and appliance package, it is equipped to satisfy even the pickiest cook. No chef in the group? No problem! The outside fire pit will be finished and put to use in the spring of 2024.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off 8 mini split air conditioner/ heating units (hanging on the walls).
There are two in the living room, one in the loft, one in the kitchen and one in each bedroom on the top two levels.
All of the French doors leading to the outside decks need the right hand handle pulled up 90 degrees how to properly lock the doors?.
The trash cans are located behind the garage. They need to be pulled to the end of the driveway please.
