There was no soap in the shower, pillows were cheap and it was almost impossible to get in and out of the parking garage. The parking garage had poor Lighting. the. The exit mechanism was not working and they were over 30 cars waiting to get out people were re-parking their cars and taking public transportation or walking as they couldn’t get their cars out of the garage. The passage to and from the garage was not only dangerous. It was really difficult to navigate. I’m not sure but I think they probably charge me for two days of parking and I’m having a hard time getting them to return contact.
