Enjoy our entire lakefront home with private 2 story dock, lake views from all rooms, fire pit, covered patio, grill, and elevated deck. Boat, swim, fish, sit around the fire pit, or just relax. Best fishing spot on Lanier! Excellent WiFi. Features 2 master bedrooms with private bathrooms. Family gatherings are easy --main level has no steps, shower, and baby gate. Minutes from I-85/985, restaurants, stores, boat rental. (Click 2x on pics for captions)
The space
The main level features an open floor plan. There is a living room, TV, kitchen, dining area, reading nook, and upper deck. Also on main level are two master bedrooms, each with private bathroom with showers. Lower level has a bedroom, bathroom with tub, ping pong table, ladder ball toss, corn hole/bags, badminton, family room, laundry room, and covered patio.
Other things to note
Maximum 6 people. No exceptions. You can park your boat trailer at the top of the driveway and put it in the water at the nearby Balus Creek public boat ramp. Keep your boat (up to 25 foot) at our dock during your stay. Second slip has boat lift for pontoon and may be occupied by owner.
As a courtesy we offer a basic starter supply of toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and garbage bags.
We also supply all linens, towels, washcloths, blankets and pillows. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

Very nice place. Clean, Great Lake access. It’s a hike down to the lake but that’s typical for Lanier.

This was a fantastic property. Beautiful views. Lots of space. Owners were easy to communicate with. Beautiful sunset from the dock! Would definitely stay again.

Serene lakehouse

There isn't a better place to stay if you want to visit road atlanta. The house is a 20 minute drive from the track, and it doesn't get much better than coming back to a beautiful lake view and a fantastic dock to wind down on. The house was spotless and wonderfully taken care of. Would recommend to anyone!!

Quiet lakeside home

We love this lakeside home. Not a resort or hotel,..a real home! It’s sparkling clean, has an everything-you-need kitchen, nice linens, and beautiful views from every room. It’s easy to feel welcome here with the many nooks, lots of comfortable-cozy furniture, and the puzzles/games/books. The WiFi is great. The hosts are super responsive. We loved it all! My favorite spots were the upstairs and downstairs patios in the early morning. Exactly what we were looking for!

Perfect Lake House

We had the most amazing time at the lake house on Lake Lanier! The highlight of our stay was definitely the fantastic double deck dock. It was the perfect spot to sunbathe, take in the breathtaking views, and easily dock our boat. The convenience of the boat slip access made our boating experience so much more enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the lake house was perfect, just minutes from Pelican Pete's and a variety of other restaurants on the lake. The combination of the great amenities, convenient location, and stunning views made our stay absolutely unforgettable. We can't wait to go back and experience it all over again!

Lakehouse Review 2025

The house is lovely, and it was great for our family get together. The grandchildren enjoyed fishing from the dock and the Ping-Pong table. The family enjoyed playing the card games and fire ring. Location great house close to grocery, CVS, and dining.Negatives: long walk to the water/dock, stairs of wood, and steppingstones not for older people.House needs more bath towels and washcloths for longer stays. We had 2 bath towels,2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths per bathroom for 4 days. I was on vacation and had to do washcloths every day and towels every other day.Burners on stove very scratch but worked.Over all a 4 for the vacation house.

Great house with everything you need

Staying for a weekend with my 15 year old daughter and 2 of her friends. Enjoyed s’mores by the fire pit with tons of free firewood and birthday cake over looking the lake on the double decker dock. Arranged for a boat to pick us up at the dock for a full day of tubing. Worked off the cake playing ping pong in the basement. This house is biggie than it appears in the pictures and has everything you need! We will be back.

Was an overall nice stay

The owners definitely are wanting to see this place be successful and their dedication shows. However, they should take off they have a hot tub. When that is something you are specifically looking for when vacationing. I would like to not believe I'm getting something that doesn't even exist. The house was lovely. Beds were comfortable and clean. This place has everything you need. It might be a good idea to once or twice a year go through everything in the kitchen and make sure it's cleaned. Since guests are required to clean.They might not be doing their part, unfortunately.

Disappointed

I won’t go into the many issues we had with this property, as I’ve let the owner know and want to give them the opportunity to address them. But I do want to say, there was an overwhelming musty smell. It really affected my husbands allergies and someone who has nose/sinus sensitivities may want to keep this in mind. I was told it would be addressed, but before booking, if I were you, I would get it in writing that it has been.

We were not able to detect any odor. We stayed overnight at our home days before this guest arrived and we went afterward they left and there was no odor. Additionally we have had 36 total reviews on traveler websites and not one guest mentioned a problem with an odor. We are very aware of air quality as several of our family members have allergies. This is why we do not allow pets, avoid any cleaning chemicals with perfumes, and replace the hepa MERV 14 rated house filters regularly. The AC system is new and maintains humidity levels below 50%, and in the winter we have a dehumidifier. We do not know why this guest had this problem, however we encourage all guests to contact us immediately while they are still staying at our home, so we can evaluate and solve problems.
