The space
This apartment is equipped with WiFi, air-conditioning, Amazon Firestick entertainment, security gates, cameras and free off-road parking. It contains two (2) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms (1 ensuite). A fully furnished kitchen outfitted with stove, refrigerator, washing machine / dryer, microwave, toaster-oven, kettle, coffee-maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. It's light, airy open plan space can be used for dining, relaxing or working. Coupled with an outdoor yard for those balmy afternoons.

Guest access
Guests have full access to their internal apartment and their frontage. Additionally, they can access the outdoor yard at the back of the property. There is another apartment on site which houses a private members gym; guest can discuss access, time and costs at the owner / trainer's discretion.

Other things to note
There is a tuck shop at the corner of the street that does daily breakfast & lunches as well as grocery items. PTSC runs a public bus service through the Union Hall area and public taxis are readily available at the corner where the tuck shop resides.
