Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, just minutes away from downtown Boise and its many attractions. This townhome is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay while exploring everything this city offers.

Inside, you'll find a bright, airy living space with contemporary decor and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home, and the adjacent dining area has ample seating for all guests. After a long day of sightseeing, relax in the comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV and cozy seating.

The main bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, a luxurious soaking tub, and a large walk-in closet. The other three bedrooms are upstairs. Two bedrooms offer comfortable queen-sized beds and plenty of closet space for your belongings, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin and full mattress, perfect for kids!

In addition to the master en-suite, the townhome has another full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom on the main level, making it easy for everyone to get ready in the morning. Other amenities include high-speed internet, a washer and dryer, central air conditioning, and a large, covered patio overlooking the Boise Foothills.

The townhome also has a 2-car garage, and additional street parking is available in front of the home. The garage is also equipped with a Tesla charging station

One of Boise’s largest and most diverse neighborhoods, Southeast Boise is home to Boise State University and area landmarks such as Barber Park, Bown Crossing, and the Simplot Sports Complex.

The Southeast Boise vibe is one of casual comfort: close-knit neighborhoods look a bit like streets of the past with kids playing in front yards and families walking their dogs. Despite this old-fashioned community feel, the area is also experiencing a rapid renaissance with an influx of shops, restaurants, and attractions as the neighborhood grows.
