New Modern Coastal Home in Heart of Tequesta, FL
Hedges line the long and private driveway into Dover Sole. The oversized southern-style front porch opens into a large open floor plan that has been professionally designed with an interior designer. The home includes a primary bedroom with a king bed, one queen bedroom, and one bedroom with two twin beds. The living room features a shiplap wall with a 65" Smart TV and sprawls into the open-concept kitchen. From the kitchen there is an enclosed back porch with seating and an enclosed back yard. Palm beach international airport is 30 minutes away. Fort Lauderdale international airport is about an hour and the Miami international airport is about 2 hours by car.
The bright line train does run from Miami and Fort Lauderdale (about 10 mins from each airport) and the closet stop to our house would be west palm beach. Ubers are easily available.
Close to juno beach(dog friendly), hobe sound beach, and various beach parks in the area. About a 7-10 min drive to closest beach.
Walking distance to restaurants, local coffee shop, shopping and bars. Under two miles to grocery store. Recommendations and area guide provided upon arrival for groceries, restaurants and activities, shopping and more.
