**ZERO TOLERANCE**

We want to make it clear that we have a strict zero tolerance policy for smoking inside the house and any form of drug use on the property. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have implemented a minimum fine of $350 for any incidents related to smoking inside the house or drug use on the premises.

Our firm requires that we hold a credit card on file for room and incidental to cover the gap in liability of VRBO policy coverages for instances such as smoking in the house and other damages. We of course, do not anticipate damages will occur, but we require this due to past incidents.

Paradise at Park really was a paradise!

We stayed at Paradise at Park for two months this past winter and truly loved our time there. The size and layout of the house was perfect for us and the outdoor space in back was ideal! The outdoor sitting/TV area, the dining area, pool and firepit all got a lot of use! Our host, Lorenzo, was very responsive to any of our questions and had a sincere interest in us enjoying our stay. The location was great as it was close to all services, retail and tons of excellent restaurants. We would recommend this property highly and would stay there again if our plans call for it. Thanks Lorenzo!
