The perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of your daily routine! Enjoy our spacious 1.5 story custom log cabin with a finished walk-out basement on Rough River Lake. With enough room to sleep nine, the cabin features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. With an open concept floorplan, the fully stocked kitchen includes beautiful California Redwood countertops, stainless appliances and plenty of dishes and cookware for your cooking needs. Private hot tub and close to the lake!

The Space:
Enjoy our spacious 1.5 story custom log cabin with a finished walk-out basement on Rough River Lake. With enough room to sleep nine, the cabin features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

With an open concept floorplan, the fully stocked kitchen includes beautiful California Redwood countertops, stainless appliances and plenty of dishes and cookware for your cooking needs. A gas grill is available for use outside on the deck. The great room boosts 20+ foot ceilings with an abundance of west-facing natural light.

Sip your coffee while taking in the morning views or enjoy the evening sunset with a glass of wine from the oversized deck that overlooks a meadow and creek.

If the weather is chilly, warm up in the private hot tub underneath the deck or make use of the plethora of firewood and enjoy a campfire in the firepit.

DirectTV is available on two large flat screen TVs as well as high speed internet. A foosball table, Cornhole boards and several board games and children's toys are available for your use. We also have an inflatable, stand-up paddle board and a children's kayak available for guest use.

If you plan to access the lake, a private boat ramp is available in the subdivision to launch your boat or watercraft, or you can simply use the ramp to wade into the water and swim.

Guest Access:
Entire cabin is available to guests with the exception of one owner’s closet. Parking available in the driveway and in gravel area along fence.

Other Things to Note:
The cabin has two washer and dryer sets, located on the main and upper levels. Laundry detergent and fabric softener provided.

A neighborhood boat ramp is available for your use 0.2 miles from the cabin, however, please do not access any of the boat docks near the ramp as these are all privately owned. Accessing private docks is not permitted by the Army Corp of Engineers.

Please always be cautious while in or on the water. Suggestions for pontoon rentals and other things to do in the area can be found in our welcome packet upon check in.

The cabin features a steel spiral staircase that accesses both the top level and the basement. Please use care when walking up and down the staircase and please keep an eye on young children. There is a baby gate in the closet of the main floor bedroom if you would like to use it.

The deck features a cable railing to allow for unobstructed views, however, please be mindful, especially if there are children present and do not lean on the cables.

**Important information about the Rough River Dam Project**
Starting in the 2023 season, the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers will target a summer pool elevation (water level) at Rough River Lake 5 feet below normal summer pool, until long-term repairs to the dam can be completed.
