Experience a spectacular and rare single-level unit! Kapalua Bay Villa 16B3 is a two-bedroom, three-bathroom unit with panoramic ocean views that extend from Molokai to Honolua Bay right when you walk in! The unit is tastefully decorated including a stunning entertainment console and a koa wood desk/workspace with views! This tropically appointed living room is sleek and cool, a great place to hang out and entertain. This unit has two master bedrooms each with private lanais and en suite baths.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
