Blue Moon Villa

Take it all in at this unique and tranquil oasis. Perched on top of Spyglass Hill in West (Best) End of Tortola, this unique villa is your home away from home. With stunning views of Jost Van Dyke and its surrounding islands, you are promised one of the best sunset views in the BVI all while relaxing in one of the hammocks or floating in the pool!

Blue Moon Villa is made up of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, a king sized bed and a private balcony. The two guest rooms have air conditioning, queen sized beds, private entrances, and a shared Jack and Jill style bathroom.

The covered deck which is located poolside, has a lovely seating area and a hammock which lowers from the ceiling. There is an outside bar in this area which is decked out with everything you would need to make a delicious round of cocktails to enjoy while floating in the pool! Next to the bar, there is a dart board with a homemade cork backboard for your enjoyment. From the pool and deck you have the most amazing view of Jost Van Dyke, Sandy Cay, Green Cay, Little Jost Van Dyke, Great Tobago and, in the distance, St. Thomas. Imagine laying in one of the chaise loungers while watching the sun set over the Caribbean sea and basking in all the different hues of reds and yellows!

The kitchen boasts brand new 2022 appliances. There is a Whirlpool fridge with a built in ice maker and water dispenser, a dishwasher, multiple appliances including a Nespresso machine, wine fridge, and a Samsung dual oven. The living room has a loveseat, sofa and a 65" Samsung TV with a sound bar. The office and dining room overlook the garden and the amazing view. The office is equipped with a wireless Canon colour printer and there is WIFI throughout the villa. For those of you who like looking at the stars or the surfers down at Apple Bay, there is a telescope for your entertainment.

The villa is with in a few minutes of multiple restaurants and Long Bay Beach is 5 minutes away.

With lots of games, darts, beach toys and much more, you'll enjoy every minute of your stay.

The entire villa is yours for your holiday.

The villa is easy to find with a lots of free parking. The driveway is lit up by solar lights at night and is accessible.

Overall, the location and the cleanliness of the villa were excellent. Access to wifi was perfect, the pool and sitting area were great, and the full kitchen provided a comfy feeling. I will rebook.

What a magical place this is! Blue Moon Villa was the perfect choice for our family - including 2 teenage daughters. Ryan and Susanna are extremely responsive and so knowledgeable about everything BVIs! They connected us with reliable taxi service, grocery delivery, fun things to do…you name it! As for the Villa, the view from the deck is absolutely stunning and pictures can’t do it justice. The pool and outdoor seating area are so comfortable with the perfect amount of shade if you want it. One of the highlights has to be the dartboard (we played nonstop!) and the outdoor bar area. We especially appreciated that the villa is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and grilling (even spices & condiments) - they have literally thought of everything. Our family can’t wait to make a return trip to Blue Moon Villa and the gorgeous BVIs!

My parter, Ryan, and I own Rice Property Management (RPM) and own and manage Blue Moon Villa and look after a few other villas on Tortola.

I have lived in the BVI all my life and am proud to call Tortola my home! We have two lovely rescue dogs called Rambo and Westley. They love to play on the beach and roll in the sand!

Ryan and I have traveled the world and love meeting new people. We have both worked in hospitality for many years and I have a degree in resort management.

Blue Moon Villa is perched on a hillside which overlooks Apple Bay and boasts views of Jost Van Dyke, Sandy Cay, Sandy Spit, Green Cay and Great Tobago. It is perfect for families or for couples!

What makes this property unique

Wake up and see the surf! Enjoy sitting on the balcony and watching the boats sail by! This villa is also located in quite a central area with the West End ferry and Jost Van Dyke ferry a short drive away and multiple beaches within a 5 minute drive. If you love eating out, there are numerous restaurants close by of different culinary delights.
