Very affordable. Difficult to carry luggage etc. due to steep stairs, so if you’re physically challenged it is kinda rough.

The floors were very dirty. Didn’t look like it had been mopped in a while. The kitchen ceiling fan was dirty. A lot of dust. the baseboards in the bathroom were dirty. Over all this was not a bass rental, just could be cleaner.
