The main living area features a spacious leather sectional with a chaise, providing plenty of room for friends and family to relax, share stories, enjoy the fireplace or stream a favorite show. Books, puzzles and games are available for quieter evenings at home.
The open chef’s kitchen includes custom cabinetry, granite countertops, Thermador appliances, a trash compactor and generous preparation space. The bar seats four and keeps everyone connected while meals are being prepared.

Outdoor Living Step through the French doors onto a large, covered patio with a family-size barbecue grill, dining furniture, additional chairs and tables and an overhead ceiling fan.
Begin the day with sunrise coffee or yoga, relax in the shade during warm afternoons or watch a dramatic desert storm roll across the landscape while enjoying the scent of rain and sage. In the evening, watch the last light illuminate the distant cliffs before settling into the hot tub beneath a sky filled with stars.
