Walk down the steps to first reach a private cottage with King bed, en-suite bathroom with outdoor shower, small kitchenette and a private balcony. Continue down more steps to enter the main villa. The bright blue seas will enchant you from the very beginning in this charming seaside villa set atop a bluff at the ocean's edge.

The villa is well laid out with a pleasing bi-level floor plan and air-conditioning throughout. With 1750 interior square feet and 750 exterior square feet, you'll have plenty of room to gain privacy when desired. The tranquil gardens feature an abundance of colorful flora, plus fruit trees (orange, lemon, lime, and avocado), Traveler Palm, and a Ficus privacy hedge. By day, see sunrise swirls of color, watch sailboats make their way on the shimmering sea, and by night, stargaze and dance by the light of the moon - delightful!

We spent a wonderful Christmas holiday at this villa in St. Thomas. The home is located in a gated community, so we felt very safe and private throughout our stay. The three bedrooms were an ideal setup for our group of six. We loved relaxing in the beautiful villa and taking in the stunning views of the ocean, nearby islands, and the lovely amenities. The location also made it easy to shop for groceries and head out for activities. The property management team was very responsive and answered all of our questions both before and during our visit. We highly recommend this property to other guests and would gladly stay here again next time. Thank you very much for a fantastic stay.

The property is as described. Yes that is your view everyday! Indeed, you need to not have any mobility issues as there are quite a few stairs down to the main house from where you park your car. The kitchen was well supplied as was the rest of the house. The pool was great for beginning and ending the day and there are shaded spots to sit during the high noon sun. The property manager was one of our best experiences in communications when we had questions or needed something done. We would highly recommend this property and we are starting to plan our return trip already.

We had a lovely stay and the villa at some of the best views I have ever seen. It was great and gorgeous way to wake up every day! Our teens loved the pool and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. We loved the area and how close it was to Magen’s Bay.

Spectacular family vacation destination

Crosswinds Villa was the perfect location for our family vacation. Loved being tucked away in a lush, private setting with gorgeous ocean and other island views. The house was beautifully appointed and so flexible in the bedroom/house layout. It was very difficult to go back to reality!

Home away from Home

This is our second time to St. Thomas and the second time renting this house. We honestly could not imagine staying anywhere else when visiting! The house and everything it offers is absolutely amazing. The views looking outside and off the decks are breathtaking. We already can't wait for our next trip back.

Great luxury property. Very clean and new looking. Plenty of privacy with unbelievable views. This villa is very comfortable and spacious with a great Caribbean charm. Best location on the island…Megans bay beach and Hulls bay beach are very close. We would definitely rent again.

House was great. Very spacious setup with 3 separate sleeping quarters makes for excellent privacy. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 daughters aged 11. We were a little concerned with the arrangement (having each daughter in there own little apartment), but found the area to be very secure with a gate to enter the community and another at the top of the property, and the general safe vibe of the neighborhood. House was clean, view was beautiful, AC was strong, grill was super useful (go to Mo's to get the Black Angus Filet Mignon), Magen's bay is about a 5 minute drive away (go after 5:30 avoid the parking fee and enjoy a beautiful sunset). Stairs make loading a bit tough if you have heavy luggage, but understandable considering the construction of the property on the cliffside location. Pool was used everyday. Lots of balconies to enjoy morning coffee and sunsets. Kitchen well stocked with professional toaster oven and K cup coffee, Would definitely come back

Exceptional stay!!

Our stay was exceptional, especially during a storm that knocked out power on parts of the islands. The generator we didn’t know was there until we needed it turned on immediately and ran everything! Such a terrific surprise. The privacy and cozy feel of Crosswinds was excellent, the pool was our favorite way to spend the hot and humid Carribean days!

Crosswinds family getaway

This property is even more beautiful in person than the pictures can portray. It was a perfect layout for three couples. The views are breathtaking, and we really enjoyed hearing the waves crashing on the rocks at night, equipped with any item imaginable that you would need on an island vacation. It does have a lot of steps, so it would not be a good choice for somebody with ambulation difficulties I would highly recommend this rental property to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty

Living in paradise

We were a family of 7, with 5 kids. This place was even better than it looked online. Well designed house that accommodated our large family and allowed for some space/privacy from each other. The views were spectacular - you truly feel like you’re in paradise. House had everything you’d need to cook and relax. Management was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Lovely house

The property is beautiful There a lot of steps The only suggestion would be to add more hooks in the shower on the 3rd floor. We did not know the showers for the rooms on the 3rd and bottom floor were outdoor. It did take a bit if adjusting only because it was not mentioned on the description of the house. We only got in the pool once as there too many mosquitos. We spent most of our time on the beach. It it’s located on top of a mountain with beautiful views.

Amazing place to make memories 💕

This is an amazing property! We have so many memories that we will treasure for years to come. The view is just breathtaking! Waling up to ocean everyday. Seven minutes from Meagan’s Bay and Coki beach is not too far. The Northern Grind is a 5 minute drive for breakfast. Brooks Bar is a great place to pick up local food. Downtown is just over the hill. The house has everything you need and you can be one with nature. The pool is great. Crosswinds definitely is windy( which is great ) and we did not have to use the ac except at night. We loved our stay and Lisa was wonderful. Wish we could have stayed another week!

It has potential...

The home is lovely and the view awesome however it had been a while since it was cleaned. Pool was very dirty. Internet and cellular service very spotty and power outages frequent...I'm sure this is due to the 2 recent 2017 hurricanes, Maria and Irma. It is quite a drive and takes about 25-30 minutes (our son drove and he drives much faster than us on the mountainous/winding roads) to get into town. I didn't do my homework, be prepared for a lot of stairs. Again, it is a very lovely home and those views of the other islands, fabulous!!
