Your lakefront oasis is the perfect spot to unwind, just 4 miles from the GOTL strip. You'll find two master suites, each with private bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, an extra-large screened-in porch, a grill, a fire pit, and a lawn at the water's edge. Let Oakwood Beach take your worries away!

The Space:

This 5 bedroom, 6 bed, 3 bathroom house is the perfect place for a large group to gather. Sleeps 10 and is the perfect place for a laid-back group of friends, couples, or a family looking to explore Geneva-on-the-Lake.



The enormous and luxurious screened-in private porch with gas fireplace is perfect for relaxing and drinking in the views while also sipping your morning coffee or a delicious glass (bottle?) of wine to watch the sunset.



Full Kitchen with Most Major Appliances + Stocked with All the Cookware, Glassware, Plates, + Utensils You May Need.

Coffee, Tea, Sugar, + Creamer Provided.

Grill + Utensils for Grilling.



All clean Linens Will Be Prepared For You Including Bedding, Kitchen, Bath Towels, + Extra Blankets.

Shampoo, Conditioner, + Body Wash Provided.



Smart TV with Personal Sign-In For Any Streaming Service

You have your own yard overlooking Lake Erie, but note, our neighbors are close, so please keep your guest to our yard only and noise to a minimum during quiet hours. (11pm - 8am). So feel free to explore! But please be conscious and respectful of other neighbors and their pets.



Guest Access:

Keyless entry. No stairs to get inside house. 4 bedrooms on ground floor, including a master suite and main master suite is upstairs. Entire Home, Personal fire-pit and HUGE screened in porch over looking Lake Erie.



Other Things to Note:

Parking available for 2 cars in front of garages, and 2 more spaces to the right of them. 4 cars total can fit on our property on both driveways.



There is NO garage access available.



No Beach Access



Early Check in & Late Check out: At this time we cannot accommodate late checkouts or early check ins due to the time it takes to prepare the house for the next guests. Thank you for understanding! We do offer bag drop option if you need it!



There are cameras outside at the home entrances for security purposes.

The pictures of this home don’t do it justice! It’s SO adorable and has everything you need. The beds were comfortable, the home was very clean, the neighborhood is quiet. The hot tub was clean and there was firewood for the fire pit. The host had excellent communication for check in and check out. It was a quick easy drive to Spire for a swim meet. Would definitely stay here again!

We love love love this place. There were many upgrades from last years girls week, from fixing the screened in porch, the new furniture and best was making access to the water. Perfect House, Perfect Location

This house is so comfortable, clean, and well equipped for a large family. We made use of the incredible porch, fireplace, fire pit and both large tables for board games and meals. The state park and many wineries are nearby. Bring your pickleball net to use 2 marked courts in the GOTL town area.

Fabulous!

My sisters and I had an amazing time at Oakwood! It was very clean, beautiful, and close to everything we wanted to do! The outdoor patio was so perfect to watch beautiful sunsets. We loved sitting in the enclosed porch to have our morning coffee or wind down the day with a glass of wine. Would definitely stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay! We loved sitting by the fire in the evening and the awesome lake and sunset views! The covered porch is amazing and was great to sit and have morning coffee. The host was very responsive and attended to our needs. The only down side is if you have more than two couples the bedroom situation could be a bit unfair. The upstairs bedroom (aka the entire floor) is far and away the best room. There is another nice master on the first floor but the other two bedrooms are very small in addition to the office with a day bed as pictured.

Luxurious Ladies Trip

Stayed in area over Easter weekend. Wish the weather was better to utilize all the amenities. Screen in porch was awesome. Outside area need a little cleaned up from the winter season. Guardian Girls Getaway

We had a wonderful girl's trip at this location. It was so perfect for the 5 of us. The location, right on the water, was ideal. We had a fire and made smores in the firepit. The view was unbelievable. The house spotless and stocked with anything we might need. Great location for visiting wineries. Mark was quick to respond, although we had no issues. Would highly recommend!!!!
