Forget your worries in this private and serene space. This lower one bedroom apartment has an enclosed porch when you arrive with your vehicle parked right outside the door. The living room has Futon/ double bed and a desk and chair for a comfortable workspace. Large country kitchen that is stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Snacks are included. There’s also a wall fireplace. The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and closet. Bathroom has a tub with a shower.

Wonderful rental

We stayed here over the 2023 Memorial Day weekend. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean, well maintained, quiet and very comfortable. We were visiting family in Le Roy and there are no hotels close by then we found this apartment on VRBO and it worked out perfect. I would highly recommend the apartment and we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

We appreciated everything about our stay here! Super convenient location to LeRoy, the interstate, and 490. No matter where you want to go in the area, this provides and easy to/from.The comfort and care taken for this apartment cannot be overstated. Everything was perfectly clean and well provisioned. Delightful sitting areas even accomodated a small gathering of family.Thank you!

What’s Not to Love

Darling apartment! Spotless, beautiful view from kitchen window, soothing shower that never ran out of warm water, goat’s milk soap, and on and on! Great location, great communication too! Look forward to returning as we have family and many friends in the area.

Lovely and cozy!

My stay at Kristi's place was short but sweet. I had terrific communication with her and felt very well taken care of and safe. Everything was so cute and clean and ready for me to easily go in and out while I was there to deal with a painful loss of a loved one and go to their funeral. Kristi was so accommodating in letting me check out later too, because of that reason. I will definitely go back to stay there when I visit again!

great stay

great location, clean....could use more comfortable seating in living area. fouton was not comfortable. a suggestion I would make are a grab bar in tub/shower area. we are seniors so that would have been helpful.
