We had a wonderful time enjoying the beach while at the property. The owners were fantastic to communicate with and worked with us to coordinate check in/out. The house was clean, comfortable and a perfect fit for our family.

My family's stay was great. The property was clean, well maintained, and accurately described. Beach access was very convenient. Our host was VERY responsive to any questions we had. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a large, beautiful home, close to the beach.

Beach and Dock Access!

This lovely house was in the perfect location with easy dock and beach access. It was very clean with a great layout for our group. We hope to go back sometime again!

Perfect for a family vacation

This was perfect for our family vacation. The house was roomy and had great views from all the decks !! It was a short walk to the beach which was great when the heat index reached 105 and a easily assessable outdoor shower to rinse off a day at the beach.

Our stay at Sunny & Chair was the best!!! I cannot recommend this house enough. The space was perfect for our group size, everything was squeaky clean, plenty of towels and linens, the shed with the beach equipment had everything we needed for our day at the beach. The location was beautiful and very peaceful. Everything is exactly as described and shown in the original description. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

The house offered space, privacy, and accessibility to the shore. Kitchen was great to work in and living areas were great to relax in. Family really liked having decks on both sides of the house.

We loved staying here! The whole house smelled so clean! We loved all the amenities provided. Plenty of soap and shampoo for the entire stay. Beach towels, beach bags, chairs, sunshade for the beach, beach toys, and a wagon to haul everything. It made it so easy since we flew there and couldn’t bring everything. The kitchen cookware and dishes were plentiful for cooking meals. It was a beautiful home and right across the street from the beach. The host was quick to respond to our questions throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

A wonderful location on a quiet cul-du-sac close to the beach and with nice views of the sound. Short drive to down. Easily sleeps 7 - 8. Highly recommend!!!

The location is amazing. It’s walking distance to the beach and fishing pier. The culdesac is so peaceful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. There are some restaurants with great food within 15 mins. All you need to bring is you and your things. The host was great and responsive. We are planning to return for future spring breaks.

Peaceful & perfect cul du sac home!

Enjoyed a relaxing gap week in the new year with family - adults and kids! Enjoyed the views, the beautiful walk to the dock and easy skip over to the beach. The area was quiet and the kids could play in outside without stress or worry of a busy street. Owners were great to work with !

Lovely home

We stayed at this property with our 2 adult children. We had a wonderful and relaxing trip! Everyone enjoyed themselves so much and with the size of this home, we all enjoyed our own space as well. The home is beautifully decorated and was so welcoming! The owner was so nice and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful!!!

Where do I start? The home is beautiful on the sound side towards the end of a cul de sac. It is private with views overlooking marsh, tastefully decorated, in excellent condition, equipped with everything and very close to the public access beach! On my list to return to!!!
